Author Biography
Dr. Jade Wimberley is a member of both the Colorado and California Naturopathic Doctors Associations and holds medical licenses in California, Colorado, and Utah. She graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, a four-year, post-graduate program located in Tempe, Arizona. Prior to medical school, she completed her undergraduate studies in Economics at Denison University. She co-founded Zuma Natural Foods in Mancos, Colorado and worked on the medical team at Open Sky Wilderness Therapy, before settling into an integrative medical practice in Oakland, California. Her life has been a persistent journey of learning how to be healthy and then assisting others to do the same. She founded the social movement The Health Revolution, spearheading individuals to become active in their communities and to change the way we do health in America. She currently lives and practices in Carbondale, Colorado where she is the co-founder/owner of LUX Wellness Center.
