Author Biography

Diana received the Master of Arts of Theological Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Hamilton, Massachusetts, in 1996 and received the Doctor of Ministry: Ministry in the New England Context degree, 2006. She holds two certificates in Spiritual Direction and is a licensed minister with the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference. Diana has worked with church small group ministries for many years. In 1980 she formed a Community Bible Study chapter where she trained small group leaders, served as Area Director and Teaching Director. In 1990 she became Director of Small Groups, South Shore Baptist Church, Hingham, Massachusetts, and in 1994 Minister of Small Groups, Park Street Church, Boston, Massachusetts. During this time she also served as a small group leadership trainer for the Pilgrimage Training Group and eventually created a small group leadership training seminar from personal knowledge and experience including resources that lend themselves to developing healthy small group process. In 2000 Diana became Director of Small Group Ministries for Vision New England, Acton, Massachusetts and in 2003 joined Leadership Transformations, Inc. (LTI) where she served as Director of Emmaus: Spiritual Leadership Communities for eight years and is presently Director of Ministry Relations. Diana is actively involved as a Bible study teacher and as a Spiritual Director. She lives with her husband in Hingham, Massachusetts, has three married children and a small group of ten grandchildren.
