BARBARA WOODALL TAYLOR was married to career army officer, Charles E. Taylor. After retirement, the Taylors lived the rest of their lives in Florida.

BARBARA WOODALL TAYLOR was married to career army officer, Charles E. Taylor. After retirement, the Taylors lived the rest of their lives in Florida.
