Edely Wallace, Yoga master, has been researching the Lymphatic System for over 20 years. Author Biography

Edely L. Wallace, E- 500 RYT, CDT, MLD, creator of Lymphatic Yoga(R) method, founder and Executive Director of Yogamatrix is a master Yoga Instructor with over three decades of teaching experience and training in Belgium, Brazil, and the United States. Edely was Executive Board Member and Treasurer (2002-2005) of the National Association "Yoga Alliance" and, formerly held the position of Yoga Consultant for Orange County Public School (1999 to 2003) in Orlando, Florida. She also is a Certified Lymph Therapist by both: "Foldi Clinic" (CDT) in Hinterzarten, Germany (2011), under Dr. Etelka Foldi and "Vodder School" (MLD) method in Walchsee, Austria (2012), under Hildegard Wittlinger. Edely was first exposed to Yoga after a serious road accident in the 1980s. Faced with multiple fractures, surgeries and ensuing complications she dedicated the next five years of her life to an intense study of Yoga, which helped in her recovery. Since 2000, she has trained over 350 yoga teachers. In 2010, moved by the impressive results of this powerful combination - Yoga and Lymphatic System - she begins to share her findings in her unique Lymphatic Yoga(R) classes in Orlando(FL). At the end of 2011, she released her first book "Lymphatic Yoga(R) and the Water of Life" as part of a trilogy about both the Lymphatic System and Lymphatic Yoga method. She is now writing her second Lymphatic Yoga(R) book which will be soon available. Her blog "Lymphatic Yoga Expert", created in the beginning of 2013, became almost an overnight success as the word spread almost virally in the internet. It was as if people were not only waiting but also hungry for this new information. Edely has been featured on several TV shows including "Daily Buzz" and Morning News at "Fox 35" and newspapers including "The Orlando Sentinel." In 2004 released the DVDs entitled "Introduction to Lymphatic Yoga(R)" and"Yoga for Stress Relief." She also has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and studied Mathematics in Brazil (FAFI) and has taught Math at the Junior High School level.
