Otfried Hoffe is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Tubingen. His books include Praktische Philosophie--Das Modell des Aristoteles; Strategien der Humanitat; Ethik und Politik; Sittlich-politische Diskurse; Politische Gerechtigkeit; "Den Staat braucht selbst ein Volk von Teufeln"; Kategorische Rechtsprinzipien; and Die Moral als Preis der Moderne.
