As a fierce competitor, she knew how to handle physical confrontations. But, behind closed doors, she was living in an abusive marriage. The story of her journey from victim to victor, along with tips and common sense approaches to personal safety will empower you to become a tougher target against crime or abuse. Master Payne teaches martial arts and personal safety skills in Converse, TX. This is her first book.
