Specialties include individualized nutrition, colon hydrotherapy (colonics), digestive health and bio-identical hormone replacement for women. Cathi currently writes for a variety of publications, which include the Niagara Gazette, Light Bridges Magazine, Western New York Health and Elevated Existence Magazine.
