Title
Demons of London: The Cases of Mike Radshaw - Paperback
by Fleedleflump (Illustrator), Michael E. Bell (Author)
London just went to hell... and he's pushing the handcart. Mike Radshaw's seen so many scary things, his eyeballs have callouses. Unfortunately, most of them know his name. These are the tales of his adventures as he uncovers the demonic underbelly of London and comes to realise just how messed up the world is. He'll face twisted armies, an order of insane knights, sub-dimensions and a prophetic child with more names than an East End doner kebab. If he's really lucky, he might even keep his sanity. ***** Demons of London is a collection of short stories (and one actually-pretty-big one) about a frightened man doing what he can ... and taking the piss out of it along the way. Warning - NOT SUBTLE.
Author Biography
Michael E Bell was born in 1976 on planet Earth, and usually he likes to live there. He cut his teeth on poetry at the tender age of eight, and spent his school years looking for the narrative behind lesson plans. Now he spends his days keeping up with all the stories backed up in his head, trying to write them before they defect in search of a less barmy outlet. Sometimes, you see, the words want to play, and woe betide he who ignores them. He has several books available to purchase: Onekka - A near-future science fiction thriller Bran's Torment - A dark fantasy following the adventures of a tortured military courier and his journey of violent self-discovery. Part one of Bran's Adventures Warped - a mad YA adventure novel about three teens in 1989 who get hit by a strange storm and blown into three distinct alternate realities Free Man's Game - a darkly comic thriller novella about a journalist who follows a lead way past the point of rationale, right into the realms of twisted danger Chronicles of the Wandering Man - an epic, post-apocalyptic poem dealing with issues of loneliness and hope
