Paul K. Drain is a resident physician at Stanford University Hospital. Stephen A. Huffman is the medical director of St. Rita's Putnam County Emergency Room in Glandorf, Ohio. Sara E. Pirtle is the coordinator of the International Studies & Programs at the University of Nebraska Medical Center Kevin Chan is a fellow in the Munk Centre for International Health Studies and Centre for International Health at the University of Toronto.
