His concerns and fears about going to a new school are realized when he meets a bully, Sally the Lightfoot Crab. With the help and wisdom of his new friend, the 105-year-old Delores the Tortoise, Bobby and his schoolmates learn why bullying is wrong and what to do when confronted with a bully.
The book is filled with information about different animal species that inhabit the Galapagos Islands, and is told with humor and compassion. The book also contains two pages of "Fun Facts" describing what is unique about the animals who reside there, along with some conservation information.
