Author Biography

Paul Snyder, a Notre Dame and Boston University graduate, practiced law in the Boston area for over forty years. A former Army medic with the 351st General Hospital, Snyder did his basic training at Fort Polk, Louisiana, and his advanced individual training at Fort Sam Houston, the Army medical training center, in San Antonio, Texas. Paul has served as a Eucharist Minister and currently as a lector at St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church in Newton, Massachusetts. Twice elected to the city's Board of Alderman, he was subsequently a columnist for his community newspaper, and a freelance author. Also a former National Vice President of the National Treasury Employees Union, Paul Snyder and his wife, Sheila, are the parents of three children and the grandparents of seven. They continue to live in Newton, Massachusetts, where Paul is involved with his growing family, as well as civic activities.
