Author Biography
Prof. Spira is an author, musician, founder of Mucus-free Life LLC, and expert consultant on the Mucusless Diet Healing System. During college he met a jazz drummer named Willie Smart (aka Brother Air) who told him about Arnold Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System, and within 6 months he lost 110 pounds and overcame major ailments that plagued him since childhood. Since his transformation, Spira has devoted his life to helping others learn about, and effectively practice, the Healing System. Through Mucus-free Life LLC, Prof. Spira plants to revitalize the works of Arnold Ehret and educate numerous people about the benefits of transitioning toward a mucus-free lifestyle. In 2013 he revised, edited, and released Prof. Arnold Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System: Annotated, Revised, and Edited by Prof. Spira, the first critical edition of Ehret's work.
