He also deals with the struggle for a change in British policy which began with the publication of Levin's investigative report in June, 1997 and which continues to the present. ITAMAR LEVIN is Deputy Editor in Chief of Globes-Israel's Business Newspaper. Levin has led the world's media in reporting and uncovering the fate of looted Jewish property in Europe. A frequent lecturer on the subject, Levin also is an advisor to various public institutions, including the Israel government. His latest book is The Last Deposit: Swiss Banks and Holocaust Victims' Accounts (Praeger, 1999).
