Author Biography

Peggy Vaughan is an expert on extramarital affairs, having written many books and articles on the topic, including her classic, "The Monogamy Myth," and her most recent book on preventing affairs, "To Have and To Hold." She has spent the past 30 years helping people deal with this issue. Since 1996 Peggy has reached thousands of people through her website, DearPeggy.com, which serves as an Extramarital Affairs Resource Center. The site has several hundred pages of free information, including articles about affairs, a list of therapists who have been recommended as being effective in dealing with affairs, links to other sites, book reviews of other books as well as a bookstore where she sells her own books. She has been married 55 years and has two adult children and three grandchildren.
