Pitt, his sidekick Al Giordino, and Admiral Sandecker are drawn into a high-stakes adventure involving shipwrecks, a perilous journey to Dorsett’s island fortress, and a race against time to prevent a deadly sound wave disaster. Despite the wooden prose, the novel's action and adventure provide a thrilling, albeit derivative, read reminiscent of classic James Bond escapades.
